This rate change is
effective
February 13,

Any rentals with
deposits paid before
February 13, 2012
will not be affected
by the rate increase
with the exception
of
tablecloth
rental.
A $100
security deposit MUST be received to hold a certain
date.
Garden
Room
rental includes a
spacious kitchen
(refrigerator,
stove, and
microwave) two large
handicap accessible
restrooms, a large
banquet room with
working fireplace,
and a beautiful
terrace with
fountain. Tables and
chairs are included
in rental.
